How to book?

The format of the event includes drinks on arrival and a 3 course seated lunch.  We have capacity for 100 guests at the event and expect to sell out.    

PCD Club Members can use networking dinner vouchers for this NextGen lunch event.  Each voucher used carries 2 places for the member firm to attend - 2nd guest places need to be sent to tickets@pcd.club to book separately as a complimentary guest.

Non-members or those wanting to pay for their place can register below.   The cost per ticket would be £125 + VAT per head for a reception and 3-course lunch including wines & soft drinks.

Who attends?

PCD Club NextGen events were created in 2022 to allow young professionals from across the private wealth sector to attend well executed networking events to meet their peers and have fun.  The response to these events has been fantastic and we look forward to continuing to build the event program in 2023.  

These social and relaxed events are a great environment to hone your networking skills and experience with like minded individuals from leading firms in law, tax, accountancy, banking, wealth management & real estate.     

The NextGen audience is defined as having 5 years or less of professional experience, however there are no strict limits.  We just want everyone attending to have the right expectation on who they will meet at the event.  For a sample of previous attendee lists at NextGen events, visit our gallery page.  

Why attend?  

Professional advisors to wealthy families often receive referrals from other professionals rather than the client themselves.  The B2B channel in the wealth sector is a key to many firms' marketing plans.  By forming strong relationships with other strategic partners, our members are able to grow their business together.  

It takes time to build networks that lead to referrals.  Therefore, it is important that young professionals take the time early in their career to get to know their peers.  This enables them to draw on a professional network when they need it further on in their careers.    

PCD Club is a dedicated networking platform, so members and guests arrive fresh and ready to meet people.  They have their business cards with them and an open mind on collaboration with best in class firms looking after similar clients.      

How to get the most out of the event?

  • Look at the guest list in advance. Ask me for any introduction on the night or afterwards.

  • Bring Business Cards. So many people are used to not carrying business cards right now, but they are useful so have some in your pocket.

  • Get involved. Everyone at the event is there to meet and chat, so don't be shy. If you are looking for specific people, just ask me or the team for help to find them.

  • Arrive on time. Fashionably late is fine, but don't miss the opportunity of the reception to meet people.

  • Follow up. If you didn't manage to meet someone, connect on Linkedin or ask for an email introduction ahead of the next event.

Who is on the NextGen committee?

In order to help those attending events for the first time and to guide the direction of the NextGen events schedule into the future, we have set up an informal committee of leading professionals to provide feedback and to be a point of contact for those attending.
