Vishal Sookloll is the CEO of TrustConsult (Luxembourg) SA. He joined Trustconsult in 2015 and has been promoted as CEO of the Company since January 2020. Vishal has more than 15 years experience in the domiciliation sector in Luxembourg having worked in the past with some of the major players in the industry. Vishal has an audit background having past experiences with two of the Big Four namely Ernst and Young and Deloitte Vishal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of UK (ACCA) and has a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

Julien Machuca has been a Partner in an international Law firm specialising in Private Equity based in Geneva and New York. He has been involved in several transactions for both European and US mid-size companies in various fields such as industry, tourism, food and real estate. In 2017, he joined TrustConsult Group as Corporate Lawyer and Director of two companies of the group: Private Trust Partners S.A., its private equity boutique and TC Property Partners, its real estate entity.

Lionel Noguera - Attorney-at-law Switzerland & Luxembourg, LL.M Lionel is an independent tax attorney, primarily assisting entrepreneur private clients with their cross-border activities, family business governance and estate planning. He has significant experience in international corporate tax planning, tax treaties, optimization of structured financings, business reorganizations and EU VAT territoriality rules, financial services. Lionel will discuss the tax considerations for international UHNW clients using Luxembourg to structure their investments.
