Will Ford - Partner, Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. Will advises UK and international individuals and families, trustees, family offices and financial institutions on all aspects of tax, trust, estate and succession planning.

He specialises in UK and cross-border estate planning, international succession, asset protection/wealth preservation and related use of asset-holding structures, together with all related lifetime tax issues. Will also drafts wills and trusts, whether for purely domestic or international families, and advises on tax-efficient philanthropy.

Will advises UK resident clients (both those UK domiciled and non-UK domiciled) together with internationally based families with more limited connections to the UK.

Edward Stone - Partner, Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. Edward has over 20 years' experience advising high net worth individuals, their families, trustees and family offices on cross-jurisdictional asset structuring and international tax, wealth and succession planning. With a unique blend of expertise from having worked both offshore and onshore, in common and civil law jurisdictions and on contentious and non-contentious matters, Edward is recognised for taking a creative approach to wealth structuring, for having particular expertise in the establishment of fiduciary structures and related fiduciary and governance issues.

Will Fraser - Partner, Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. Will advises on various areas of commercial real estate including investment and general development work for various clients either based in the UK or international clients investing in the UK. He also acts for various local authorities in relation to regeneration projects in England and Wales.

In addition, having spent a six-month secondment in the Business Restructuring Group at RBS providing strategic legal advice to the business on various property related matters, Will also advises various banks on investment finance and UK LPA receivers on portfolio and debt restructures.

Will has also provided strategic acquisition and asset management advice to clients operating in the hotel and leisure sector as well as real estate finance advice to Peer to Peer Lenders in the Fintech sector.

Richard Rogerson - CEO, RFR. Richard is the CEO and leads the firm's Consultancy practice. Over the last decade, Richard has advised on many high profile, high value and highly sensitive property transactions in prime central London. A former lawyer and Partner at Allen & Overy and Macfarlanes, Richard has spent his entire career guiding clients through complex situations. Richard has recently been nominated as 'Outstanding Individual of the Year' at the Magic Circle 2020 Awards and "Leading Individual Adviser" at the WealthBriefing European 2020 Awards.

Tom Hardman - Director, Private Wealth, IQEQ. Tom has an international and varied client portfolio and is adept in dealing with assets ranging from property and investment portfolios to the more esoteric world of yachts and hotels. He has particular expertise in private trust Companies. Tom is ably supported by an experienced team, some of whom have over 20 years' experience in administering trusts and corporate entities. He has a master's degree in history from Edinburgh University and also qualified as a UK solicitor in 2005. Tom is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), earning a distinction in the diploma exam, and of the Chartered Institute for Securities Investment (CISI), earning distinction in the PCIAM. With the PCIAM qualification, Tom meets the FCA step-change requirements announced as part of the RDR review.
