The discussion will be hosted on Zoom, facilitating interaction between delegates and the panel using Zoom's Breakroom feature. This will enhance the interaction and allow delegates to put their questions directly to our panel of experts. A full guest list will be circulated to those that attend.

We are delighted to be joined by:

Alan Kaufman - Consultant, Howard Kennedy. Alan is a skilled family litigation specialist who is also a collaborative lawyer and mediator. He has many years' experience acting in multi-million pound international divorce settlements often involving complex offshore trusts. Alan advises on the full range of family law services including divorce and separation, finances, and children, as well as, specialising in pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Alan acts for wealthy business people, particularly in the property industry and high-profile media, entertainment, and sports personalities, or their spouses. He has extensive commercial litigation experience (including shareholder and partnership disputes, copyright and property related litigation) which allows him to bring his commercial acumen to matrimonial financial settlement negotiations. Alan is a trained mediator, having been taught his mediation skills by the New York Mediation Group, and Collaborative Lawyer. He is a strong believer in round table settlement meetings at which he excels. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and a member of Resolution.

Fiona Lyon - Family Lawyer, Anthony Gold Solicitors. Fiona is a Partner of the Family department at Anthony Gold. Fiona has 12 years' experience of family law and specialises in complex financial settlements and private children matters, often with an international element. Fiona has a strong reputation in the resolution of relationship breakdown from all types of families, including same-sex relationships and unmarried couples. Fiona is skilled in providing wealth protection advice, including on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Fiona has considerable experience in high profile cases for high and ultra high net worth individuals including city/white collar workers, entrepreneurs, financiers, sports persons, pilots and international business people. She also acts for stay at home spouses or parents who may need help to secure their share of the matrimonial wealth.

Rob Hodgson - Wealth Planner, Cazenove Capital, London. Rob is a Wealth Planner within Cazenove Capital's financial planning team and provides advice on complex investment structuring, pensions and holistic tax planning. He has spent several years at Lloyds Private Bank within their 'Mayfair' high net worth division, advising private and corporate clients on all aspects of wealth generation and preservation. He's also spent three years at an independently owned boutique, providing specialist structuring advice to private clients. Rob is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute with over 10 years' experience.

Irpreet Kohli - Director (Family Wealth), Freeths, London. Irpreet is a specialist family lawyer who has been advising individuals for over 15 years on a wide range of family issues. Due to her empathetic and pragmatic approach, she is able to advise a breadth of clients from those with modest asset divorces through to high profile individuals looking to protect their wealth through nuptial agreements and those separating with complex asset structures.

Irpreet advises families and wealthy individuals seeking to protect family wealth, inheritance and pre-marital assets through pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and has previously acted for clients wishing to protect international assets, including trusts interests, and inherited gifts of between £5-£10m from potential future divorces. Irpreet particularly prides herself on working closely with her network of contacts to ensure her clients receive a holistic service and are introduced to relevant other advisers, such as private wealth lawyers, financial advisers, counsellors and investment managers where appropriate to ensure they move forward into their post separation futures fully supported.

Ben Glassman, Partner, Head of Family and Divorce, Tilney, London. Ben and his team have a wealth of experience advising clients and their legal representatives during this unsettling time. Ben has specialist knowledge in pensions and divorce and has a network of family lawyers whom he assists with pension income equalisation and expert witness reports. He is adept at identifying strategies to maximise the total settlement size by identifying the true value of assets and how best to preserve them. Ben is regularly asked to present to family lawyers and barristers on how best to increase financial settlements and has been involved in several high profile divorces cases, where his advice has increased divorcing parties' estates by hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Ben is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, with 15 years' financial services experience. Ben provides expert witness to the courts in regards to matrimonial assets and is a member of Resolution.
