Albert Cilia - Managing Director, Trident Trust Malta, Malta. Albert joined the firm in 2016 and is ultimately responsible for our office in Malta. He brings with him in excess of 20 years of experience in the Accounting, Fiduciary and Asset management sector locally and overseas having worked with a number of market leaders in the area. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Andy Wood - Founder and Director, ETC Tax, Altrincham, Cheshire. Andy is one of ETC's directors, having founded the business in 2013.

Andy is an experienced tax adviser and a Barrister after being called to the bar of England and Wales in October 2019. Andy's clients extend across all types of sectors, covering most areas of tax for high net worth and entrepreneurial clients.

Andy trained with Ernst & Young in London before moving to the North West in 2005. Prior to starting ETC, he worked with Grant Thornton in Manchester. Andy qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2003 and, shortly after, became a member of STEP.

Sarah Martin - Senior Consultant, Seed, Malta. Sarah focuses on Corporate, Advisory and Private Clients. She has several years' experience within the banking, trust and corporate administration field having advised numerous corporate clients and private clients. Providing support for all stages in the incorporation and initial structuring phase as well as in other areas such as corporate governance and company secretarial functions are all key elements within her role.

Sarah also has extensive experience in investment migration, which helps her advise clients who are in the process or relocating and handles their applications with the relevant authorities. In Advisory, she supports investors, local and international, navigate various regulatory and licensing regimes including but not limited to pharmaceutical, educational and medical marijuana frameworks.

JP Fabri - Founding Partner, Seed, Malta. JP focuses on Regulatory and Advisory and advises a host of local and international clients on economic advisory and financial services regulation. He is an applied economist and has advised clients spanning a number of sectors including governments and regulators. He has amassed local and international experience. He formed part of the private cabinet of the former Prime Minister of Malta and Governor of the Central Bank of Malta. He also has international policy advisory experience after having advised 9 governments on economic resilience and good governance.

A regular commentator on local media, he has participated in a number of international conferences. He is a visiting assistant lecturer at the University of Malta, serves as Director of Development at the Blockchain Climate Institute and active in The Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
