Caroline Cohen - Solicitor, The French Law Practice Ltd, London. Caroline is a French national, dual qualified in France and in the UK. She advises high net work individuals and trustees on cross-border tax, trust and succession planning issues. She has a particular emphasis on French clients based in the UK and on UK clients investing in France.

Caroline focuses on strategies to minimise their French and UK tax exposures in respect of income tax, wealth tax, capital gains and inheritance tax, and on implementation of complex offshore structures. She has also developed her expertise on the French tax consequences of holding French assets through offshore trusts and on related succession issues including the French forced heirship rules.

Caroline advises on the transfer of residence under domestic law and on international tax treaties.

Joanne Leach - Senior Client Director, Strabens Hall, France. Joanne moved to the Cote d`Azur in 2013 where she has successfully worked with countless British expatriates to restructure their finances and worldwide assets for their move to and from France.

Working tirelessly to achieve bespoke solutions for individuals and families working around the complexities of Napoleonic law and UK and French tax systems. Her total focus is alwayson empathetic service and continued support in helping clients master the myriad of laws.​

With several decades of international experience, David has built a strong reputation and is a respected speaker on industry matters and technical subjects.

Sarah Davie - Head of Partnerships, Spartan FX, London. Sarah is a commercial partnerships specialist with 15+ years of experience working in the foreign exchange. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses save time and money on their international payments, whether they are buying or selling property overseas, paying suppliers, or expanding their business internationally.

Sarah specialises in partnerships having worked closely with The Telegraph, CNN, Sainsbury's Bank, and the Post Office and she regularly provides FX insights at industry events and on the radio.
