Martin Burgherr - Chief Clients Officer and Member of the Group Executive Board, Sygnum, Zürich, Switzerland. Martin was previously Sygnum's Chief Risk Officer. Before joining Sygnum, Martin was a qualified auditor and advisor for the financial services industry at KPMG and Deloitte.

Martin holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Anatoly Crachilov, CEO & Founding Partner, Nickel Digital Asset Management, London. Anatoly is an investment professional with 26 years of experience in investment management and private equity. Prior to co-founding Nickel Digital in 2019, Anatoly was for seven years with investment management divisions of Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan dealing with asset allocation and portfolio construction.

He started his career in London twenty years ago with EBRD as part of its Private Equity Group, focusing on rolling the banks' principal investments across emerging markets.

Anatoly earned an MA degree in International Business from University of National and World Economy and Executive MBA degree from University of Oxford in 2009.

He returned to Oxford in 2018 to be among the first cohort of global investment professionals to graduate from Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, which ultimately led to co- founding of Nickel Digital.

Syedur Rahman, Partner, Rahman Ravelli, London. Syedur's area of expertise includes white-collar crime, cryptocurrency-related fraud and multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and recovery. He represented clients in the landmark cryptocurrency asset recovery cases AA V Persons Unknown and Others and Ion Sciences Ltd and Duncan Johns v Persons Unknown Binance Holdings Limited and Paywall Limited. His use of civil recovery proceedings under Part 5 of the UK's Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) has seen him record notable national and international successes. He is a partner at Rahman Ravelli and has contributed chapters to books on white-collar crime. He also hosts seminars and speaks at international conferences.

His in-depth experience of business crime and multi-jurisdictional asset recovery cases and his ability to negotiate with investigators have ensured his clients receive the strongest representation. He is proficient in both criminal and civil proceedings and has widely acknowledged expertise in national and international regulatory and compliance cases. The latest edition of the Chambers UK guide ranks Syed as a lawyer to watch, calling him "a very technically gifted lawyer" who "gets on top of all the facts in complex cases". Chambers has repeatedly highlighted his expertise in POCA work and asset recovery proceedings. The Legal 500 has said he "goes the extra mile to get the best results for his clients". Its most recent edition says he has "incredible depth of experience when it comes to fraud matters."

Connecting the dots to bring disruptive financial services closer to the mainstream with every transaction, Aaron's practice enables his clients to leverage all the advantages Gibraltar offers as a proof of concept jurisdiction in financial services.

Marrying a traditional practice in fund establishment with industry-leading work, Aaron has been instrumental in many clients' achievements in the challenging distributed ledger technology space.

Aaron is ranked by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading individual and next generation lawyer respectively, regularly presents at seminars (and is a published author) on funds, crypto funds, DLT, AIFMD, Sports Law and medical cannabis. In his spare time, Aaron dedicates himself to football with over 10 caps as a full international for Gibraltar.
