Mark Tucker - Global Head of Wealth Advisory, Barclays Private Bank, London. Mark leads a team of 17 wealth advisors based in London and India. Mark and his team work alongside private bankers across all geographies and markets to assist clients with their complex multi-jurisdictional estate planning needs.
Mark’s expertise is in trust and estate planning and family business advisory. His principal focus is on clients across Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Mark has spent 23 years at Barclays Private Bank in London, Geneva and the Isle of Man. Mark is a member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners).

Amol Prabhu - Country CEO: South Africa & Market Head: Africa, Barclays Private Bank, Johannesburg. Amol is Accountable Executive for all Barclays’ businesses in Africa, having covered the continent for over a decade and specifically leads the Private Bank as Africa Market Head. Amol is also the Country CEO for South Africa. Amol has worked across both Investment and Private Banking at Barclays while being based in Dubai, Hong Kong, London and presently Johannesburg.
Amol holds a Masters in Law and International Finance (with first class honours) from the University of Cambridge.
Richard Mulhern - Client Director, Zedra Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited, Isle of Man. Richard is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries with over 20 years experience in the finance industry, focusing primarily on the provision of trust and corporate services in both the Isle of Man and Jersey. He has worked at ZEDRA for over 10 years and heads up a team which administers a variety of complex structures with mixed asset classes.
Richard’s team looks after structures for clients based in a number of jurisdictions across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe for matters such as tax planning, asset protection and devolution purposes.
Alexandra Hewazy - Senior Wealth Advisor and Head of UK Resident Non-Domiciled Proposition, Barclays Private Bank, London. Alexandra a private client solicitor with 11 years PQE and specialises in advising UHNW individuals and trustees on personal tax, trust and estate planning with a particular focus on international clients. Alexandra has significant experience working with trustees on succession planning, asset protection and tax efficient structuring. When in private practice Alexandra also focused on advising US clients with a UK connection.
Alexandra joined Barclays in 2012, having previously worked in the private client practices of Taylor Wessing and Forsters LLP. Prior to joining Wealth Advisory in 2018, Alexandra worked within Barclays Group Tax where she dealt with all aspects of risk and control for the RND proposition and provided technical guidance on the tax efficient structuring of funds and investment products.
Hanneke Farrand, Director, Farrand Global, Isle of Man. Hanneke Farrand specialises in international tax and trust law and provides litigation support to both individuals and businesses. She has more than 25 years’ experience in this niche service.
Hanneke relocated to the Isle of Man in 2020 to establish a boutique cross-border legal practice. Along with a team in South Africa, she helps her clients expand their international operations, grow their personal wealth and plan for future generations.
Hanneke enjoys running, cooking and is a passionate music lover.
