Mr Mike Sim - Director & Fund Manager, Platform A, Singapore.  Mike founded Entail Holdings Pte. Ltd. in July 2017 following 5 years at CIMB Bank PLC, where he was an assistant vice president for offshore banking, providing investment solutions and financial services to HNWI. Mike is a Singaporean with 10 years’ experience in the financial industry within private wealth, digital asset and asset management. He has successfully transformed, structured and executed with a team of highly trained specialists across the industry with the formation of Cayman Island fund structures and Singapore Variable Capital Companies structure. 

He is highly proficient in dealing with business entrepreneurs, providing solutions in wealth management, investment planning, fund formation, digital assets investment. 

Mike Sim graduated from INSEAD Blockchain Revolution in Financial Services Specialisation course and is an affiliate member of the STEP Society of Trust and Estate Planning Singapore Branch.  He also holds a Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Mr Yu Junde - VP Sales, GM Gaming, App Annie, Singapore.  Junde is App Annie’s General Manager of Gaming, managing the global success of this strategic business vertical. He and his team are focused in delivering innovative App Annie’s solutions to help the global gaming industry reduce risk and increase margins by guiding them through product development, user acquisition, monetization, marketing and more. He has been intimately involved with games as a gamer and during his tenure at App Annie, he worked with hundreds of game companies in his eight years with the company. As the VP of Sales, Junde also manages the sales function in some Asia Pacific regions.

He began his career in web startups while he was in university. Prior to joining App Annie, Junde held key roles at blockchain, AI and other mobile-related companies. Junde is also an investor at True Global Ventures, and has been involved in blockchain and tech investments since 2017.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Mike Chaim - PDLegal LLC Advocates and Solicitors, Singapore.  Fintech and Venture Capital Investments.  Mike Chiam of PDLegal LLC is recognised as a notable practitioner by IFLR1000 for Mergers & Acquisitions in 2019/2020 and a fintech specialist by the Legal 500. Mike advises asset managers and family offices on fund formation, structuring, regulatory compliance, VCC structures, licensing of fund management companies, series and seed investments, offering rules for offers of interests of private and retail collective investment schemes, share disclosure requirements, and other issues pertinent to the fund management industry.

Mike also advises fund managers, venture capital firms on cryptocurrency investment funds and regulatory issues arising from digital token offerings.

Mr. Lim Hui Jie - Founder & CEO, Vision Group, Singapore.  At the age of 26, Hui Jie became one of the youngest Executive Directors of a London Listed Company. Today Hui Jie has sat on the Board of 3 listed companies and has successfully founded and listed his company onto the Australia Stock Exchange in 2015, achieving a market valuation over USD$230million. 

Hui Jie obtained his EMBA via the EMBA Global-Asia Programme across 3 major financial cities of the world of Hong Kong, London and New York, with the course conducted by Columbia Business School, London Business School and the University of Hong Kong (ranked the top 3 EMBA programs globally by Financial Times). He also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (specializing in Management and Marketing) from Monash University (Australia) where he graduated with the Monash Golden Key Award.
