What do you do for Maisto e Associati?

I am a partner at Maisto e Associati, a leading independent Italian law firm specialized in Italian tax law, and I head the London office of the Firm.

My practice focuses on private clients and private wealth. I am retained by Italian and international high-net-worth individuals, trusts, financial institutions and family offices to advise them on the Italian tax law in relation to trusts, estate planning, generational transfer of wealth, succession planning, structuring the purchase of Italian assets and relocations to Italy.

What do you love most about your role?

The international nature of the cases that I follow is the aspect that I like more about my profession. Living and working in an international city like London allows me to deal with very interesting cross-border issues regarding the private clients and the wealth management area.

Why did you join PCD?

The main reason why I decided to join PCD is to network with international professionals operating in the private clients and the wealth management industry.
