What do you do for BTR International?

I am a Business Development Executive for the company. My role is to source new clients and build business relationships to help promote the services of BTR International.

What do you love most about your role?

The diversity of the job and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

How has your business adapted in light of COVID-19?

Methods in the business have been changed to accommodate social distancing and personal protection equipment which is now used in our shipping and destination services. p

We have also increased our online presence. We have adopted Video Platforms such as Zom and Microsoft teams in place of face to face meetings.

What has been your greatest achievement? Personal or professional.

Professional : Changing people's lives with my professional support and advice.

Personal : Raising my two children.

Why did you join PCD?

To interact and network with like-minded professionals and to complement their services to their clients through offering our bespoke moving and destination services to them.

Yes, multiple times. I found them inspiring when listening to other members experiences and also very informative.
