Fairway Group leads the way for Jersey with four International Investment award nominations

The company, which recently announced an intention to merge with Oak Group, has been shortlisted for best International Pension Plan (Fairway Jersey Personal Pension Scheme) and best International Savings Plans (Fairway International Master Trust).

CEO Louise Bracken-Smith is nominated for the second straight year in the Personality of the Year category after being eventually pipped last year by Nigel Green from deVere Group. In the Young Talent category, Trust Manager Emma Furzer has also been nominated.

Head of Pensions, Peter Culnane said, "Our pension business, including our international savings plans ("ISPs"), are built on the foundations of the Fairway Jersey Personal Pension Scheme ("FJPPS") which was launched over ten years ago". He added, "Although we are not an investment manager ourselves, we have expertise as a trustee in choosing the best solution for our clients whether that be in trusts, pensions or the newly launched ISPs".

"Jersey is blessed to have such a high concentration of highly qualified experts in this area of finance with a proven track record of advising on, delivering and servicing international clients.

Fairway Group, which will celebrate its 20th year in 2020, now employs over 90 people at its Bath Street headquarters.
