Here at PCD Club, building connections is at the heart of everything we do for our members. The Friday Show provides you with a virtual networking opportunity to meet with our chosen panelist of experts.

We have 6 of our members from different sectors and locations who will share insight into their business in turn, interspersed with networking in small groups using breakout rooms. These are mixed about to provide you the chance to talk with different people in the group.

This month's expert panel are:

Philip Grindell - Founder of Defuse, Online and Fixated Threat specialists for private family offices, the UHNW and prominent people. Philip Grindell MSc is the founder of Defuse, a global intelligence and threat management consultancy that combines the very best in protective intelligence with behavioural science to eliminate anxiety, fear and uncertainty caused by communicated abuse, threats and intimidation targeted from fixated individuals at high profile people, private family offices, professional athletes and organisations who want to feel safer. Defuse's team of internationally acclaimed experts have been trusted to look after and advise some of the world's most recognised politicians and individuals.

Following the murder of Jo Cox MP was the person brought in by the UK Parliament to set up and run the team that prevented any further attacks as well as investigating the online abuse directed at British Politicians. Before being called in to serve in Parliament, Philip served as a Scotland Yard Detective for the Metropolitan Police for 30 years in specialist roles, including time spent seconded to British Intelligence on Counter-Terrorist investigations.

Nichole Farrow - Divorce and Family Dynamics Coach, Nichole Farrow, London. Nichole Farrow is one of the UK's leading mindset coaches specialising in divorce and family dynamics, as featured on BBC Radio 5 Live. Nichole works with divorcing parents to remove conflict so they can grow as individuals whilst successfully co-parenting and learning how to thrive as a blended family.

Natalie Sutherland - Partner, Burgess Mee, London. Natalie is a specialist family law solicitor who advises on the whole spectrum of family law issues, including divorce and dissolution, financial remedy applications, cohabitation claims for unmarried couples, pre and post nuptial agreements, complex children matters, international and domestic relocation disputes, Schedule 1 applications for children, variation of maintenance applications, freezing injunctions and proceedings relating to domestic violence or occupation of the family home.

Natalie also has a specialist practice in modern families where she advises on all aspects of assisted reproduction law including domestic and international surrogacy, fertility law, donor conception and platonic co-parenting agreements.

Nick Toubkin - Senior Client Director at Strabens Hall in London. He advises clients who are predominantly resident non-domiciled, or non-resident non-domiciled. Nick specialises in advice around investment management, financial planning and clients' broad structuring needs both onshore and offshore.

Nick joined the Strabens Hall London office from Tilney Group where he advised high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Prior to that Nick spent over eight years at Coutts where he was a Director in the Wealth Management division.

Having won Gold in the 'Wealth Professional' category at the 2021 Magic Circle Awards, and been named 'Rising Star under 40' at the 2021 WealthBriefing European awards, Nick brings a depth of skill and knowledge to the role and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment certification (CISI). He also has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and a BA from University College London.

Jean-Luc Piazza - Director, Oak Group (Jersey) Limited, Jersey. Jean-Luc's focus within Oak is dealing with Private Client structures and International trust and corporate structuring and part of the business development group and in the formulation of business strategy and contribute to the ongoing development

He is the main contact for clients/client portfolio through meetings with clients and their professional advisors on a regular basis and deals with various structures such as: Discretionary Trusts, IIP, IPPs, SPVs - property holding, investment holding, Private companies and Private Property Funds

Jean-Luc deals and negotiates with banks on lending arrangements - whether lending required for property purchases or against portfolio of investments or other assets and liaising with lawyers and tax advisors.
