What is included in a ticket?

The ticket purchased will clearly state whether it is for Dinner, Drinks & Canapes or a Breakfast event. A Dinner ticket will include a 3 course dinner with wine and service included. Drinks & Canapes tickets will include a 2 hour service of wine or soft drinks and a selection of canapes. A Breakfast event will include a continental breakfast with tea & coffee.

Who do I tell about dietary requirements?

If you have dietary requirements you can add these to the form when signing up to an event. Alternatively you can email tickets@pcd.club with the event date in the subject line.

Will I receive a guest list in advance?

Yes, you will receive a guest list 2 days before the event. All guests receive a guest list or table plan following the event.

Can I request special seating?

Members can request seating next to certain types of professional or specific firms. To learn more about this, see www.pcd.club/membership.

If I purchase a ticket and can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

Once you have used a voucher to book an event, your place is confirmed.

If you register for an event and can no longer attend due to COVID or on any health grounds - provided notification is sent by email to tickets@pcd.club anytime prior to the start of the event - you will be entitled to re-book a future event.

If the named person is unable to attend an event they are registered for, PCD Club will accept the substitution of a colleague of equivalent seniority at the Directors' discretion. Again, requests must be sent to tickets@pcd.club for approval prior to the event. Requests for trainee professionals or those with less than 5 years PQE to attend will be rejected.

In the event of a "No Show" at an event, it will count as one of your membership events.

How to use your vouchers - Prime members:

- You will need to login with your existing personal login details, click on the MEMBERS tab + click on the MY VOUCHERS tab to view the membership dinner vouchers.

- You will need to COPY the VOUCHER CODE to use for the booking.

- Go to events page and choose the LIVE EVENT which you wish to attend & click on the BOOK NOW BUTTON.

- Once you have checked your details ensuring your phone number is up to date PASTE the VOUCHER CODE into the Voucher Code box. Click off of the box and you will see that NO COST is needed as the Voucher has been used.

- Click NEXT and you will be given confirmation of the completed event registration.


How to use your vouchers - Corporate members:


The voucher codes will be managed centrally in your organisation by your organisation admin. If you are unsure who this is please contact us.

The organisation admin can access the voucher codes by logging into their account with their existing personal login details, click on the MEMBERS tab + click on the MY VOUCHERS tab to view the membership dinner vouchers.

You will need to COPY a VOUCHER CODE to use for the booking.

Go to events page and choose the LIVE EVENT which you wish to book & click on the BOOK MULTIPLE button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have checked your details ensuring your phone number is up to date PASTE the VOUCHER CODE into the Voucher Code box. Click off of the box and you will see that NO COST is needed as the Voucher has been used.

Click NEXT and you will be given confirmation of the completed event registration

If you wish to book your own place at a Live Event you will just need to press the BOOK NOW process tab. Only use BOOK MULTIPLE when registering any of your STAFF member colleagues.
