The session will be moderated by:

Emiliano Cordoba - Director of Genève Family Office, Swiss Protector and Trust Advisor of Integritas Trust .  Emiliano is an independent international lawyer specialising in wealth planning with almost 30 years of law practice. Emiliano is licensed to practice law in Argentina and Spain and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Emiliano provides independent director and protector services and advises Latam HNW families on wealth planning strategies and investment structures. Emiliano has been based in Geneva for the last 10 years and has previously worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Miami, USA; Tortola, BVI; Monte-Carlo, Monaco; and Madrid, Spain.

Klemens Zeller - Executive Director, Wealth Advisor, J.P. Morgan, Geneva.  Mr. Zeller is a wealth advisory professional with over 20 years of global experience in advising UHNW families who originate in Latin America.

He is skilled in business development activities with expertise in wealth preservation and wealth structuring, integrated wealth transfer solutions, governance, fiduciary planning and tax optimization strategies in a multi-jurisdictional context.

Having worked at several global financial institutions in Zurich, Nassau (Bahamas), New York and Miami, he is presently based in Geneva. He is fluent in English, German and Spanish and has basic knowledge in French and Portuguese.  Mr. Zeller earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the KV Zurich Business School in Zurich in 1997 and became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) in 2003. He is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA), International Wealth Planners (IWP) and Family Firm Institute (FFI).  Mr. Zeller regularly speaks at international trust and estate planning conferences on a variety of topics.

Tomoé-Celine Castello - Attorney-at-law at Borel & Barbey, Geneva.  Tomoé advises trustees, corporations, foundations and high-net worth individuals on wealth planning strategies and investment structures, involving cross-border structures and international tax and trust issues. She has experience of advising high-net worth individuals on Swiss tax matters, particularly when they are planning their arrival in (or departure from) Switzerland.

Tomoé graduated from Geneva University with a degree in Law and from Keio University in Tokyo with a master’s degree in Global Legal Practice. She is a candidate at the Swiss Certified Tax Expert Diploma. 

Justine Markovitz, Global Chairperson, Withers LLP, Geneva.  Justine started in the London office of Withers in 1999, moving to Switzerland in 2005 to open and then head the Geneva office. Prior to working at Withers, Justine worked at other London law firms as a Private Client and Tax lawyer, having read History at Manchester University followed by law in London. 

In her role as Chairperson, Justine leads on the Firm's strategy and works with the CEO and the senior management team on the implementation of that strategy. Justine chairs the Firm's Partnership Board which meets quarterly to discuss and decide on the strategic direction of the Firm and which oversees the activities of the senior management team. As a partner in the Private Client and Tax Group, Justine advises families on governance and succession planning and on their philanthropic giving. She works closely with her clients on their strategic goals both for their family and business interests.


New Covid policies and procedures:

Each guest will be asked to produce a Swiss COVID certificate as proof of a double vaccination (all EMA approved vaccines), recovery or as proof of a negative test result (either a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours or rapid antigen test taken within the previous 48 hours).  Please note that only the certificates of countries using the EU digital COVID certificate are compatible with the Swiss system - if you are coming from outside of the EU you will need to download the SwissCovid app which is available here.   

In addition:

Hand sanitiser will be available, which guests will be encouraged to use on arrival and throughout the event. All event spaces are sprayed with an electrostatic machine ahead of guest arrival and subject to enhanced disinfection cleaning.

Handshakes will be discouraged at the event and contact details will be made available virtually, avoiding the need to exchange business cards.
