Suzanne Kingston - Mills & Reeve, London.

Suzanne is widely known for her expertise in all aspects of family work, in particular the resolution of complex financial issues for high net worth individuals. Suzannes cases often have an international element and she has considerable experience in dealing with prenuptial agreements and cohabitation issues. Often referred to as "the Queen of Arbitration and Mediation', Suzanne has a thriving mediation and arbitration practice and teaches both . She is credited with spearheading family law arbitration in England and Wales and worldwide.

Suzanne is recognised as a leading individual in both Chamber and Legal 500 being described as "very knowledgeable, team driven and proactive in achieving results without aggravating often difficult matrimonial issues" Suzanne won Spears Wealth Management Family Lawyer of the Year 2016 and Citywealth Lawyer of the Year in the same year.

Diana Hamade - Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law, Dubai.

Diana Hamade is the founder of International Advocate Legal Services (IALS) with right of audience before all UAE Courts including Dubai Courts and DIFC Courts. She is also actively engaged in Arbitrations in the UAE as a counsel and arbitrator. Her firm, the IALS, is a highly reputable firm in the UAE.

Ms. Hamade concentrates her practice in commercial, corporate, real estate and family matters. Some of her relevant experiences are her membership in the team responsible for drafting the DIAC Arbitration and Mediation Rules and the set up the DIFC LCIA Arbitration Centre. In addition to that, her role as a Legal Adviser for the Hawkamah Institute, where she has developed the framework of corporate governance in the MENA Region which includes drafting corporate governance codes and relevant rules and regulations, launching the corporate secretary program and Islamic Institute Corporate Governance and managing programs on insolvency, labor laws, family business and Islamic finance.

IALS is the leading law firm in family law. It is one of the few law firms that specializes in Shari'a and expatriates family law matters. Our founder Diana is the only lawyer registered as fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML) in the Middle East. Diana is also a fellow of STEP Arabia.

Diana's admission to the lawyers register of the Ministry of Justice and the Dubai Rulers Court was affected in 2008. Since then Diana has been appearing before the courts in all Emirates and the Dubai Rent Committee. Diana has been admitted to the court of Cassation and the UAE Federal Supreme Court in 2013. Her arbitration work before the DIAC and other Arbitration Centers has grown gradually.

Ms. Hamade contributed to the "The National" on UAE Legal Affairs and in the "Brief", a Thomson Reuters ILB Publication. Diana also joined as a trainer of Dubai Government staff on Corporate Governance and in many other events and conferences been a speaker on many other legal matters, concerning family law. She is also the author of numerous publications including Institutional Arbitration in the UAE, published by Business in Dubai, DCCI, April 2003, Women Empowerment in the Workplace, CSR in DERC, Nov. & Dec. issues, 2004, The Career Path of UAE Women Lawyers published by Global Dubai Publishing, UAE chapter on The International comparative legal guide to Litigation & Dispute Resolution, 2015 and the UAE chapter on The Family Law book, Thomson Reuters, 2015.
